                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SETTLEMENT OF A
                   SEWER CONSTRUCTION DAMAGE CLAIM WITH JOHNITA
                   H. JONES AND H. BOBBY JONES, RELATIVE TO
                   CONTRACT NO. 75, DAYTONA HEIGHTS AND NINE
                   MILE INTERCEPTOR SEWER, TRACT NO. 66, FOR A
                   TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY
                   AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($720.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized
       settlement of a sewer construction damage claim with Johnita H.
       Jones and H. Bobby Jones, relative to Contract No. 75, Daytona
       Heights and Nine Mile Interceptor Sewer, Tract No. 66, for a 
total
       consideration of $720.00.
